Principal Analyst, Supply Chain Planning (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Develop and execute manufacturing start plans aligned with revenue, delivery, inventory, and customer objectives.
• Balance customer demand, fab capacity, material readiness, and cycle-time constraints across multiple manufacturing sites.
• Lead supply planning discussions with strategic customers, including demand reviews, shipment recovery, allocation management, and upside opportunities.
• Coordinate execution across manufacturing, procurement, material planning, demand planning, business units, sales, customer teams, logistics, and operations.
• Monitor planning KPIs such as order commitments, starts, shipments, backlog, cycle time, on-time delivery, and capacity utilization.
• Identify and deploy automation, reporting, and analytics improvements with IT, data engineering, and digital transformation teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or business analytics.
• 5+ years of supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment, including production planning or supply-demand balancing.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI dashboarding skills, with the ability to analyze large datasets and produce decision-ready recommendations.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and communicate clearly with senior stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Semiconductor or wafer fab experience, including cycle times, WIP management, and multi-site manufacturing networks.
• Experience with execution planning, order commit processes, Python, or planning workflow automation.
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification, or a master’s degree.
