Senior Director, Demand Generation - Europe North (SaaS)

What you will do

• Own the North Europe demand generation strategy and pipeline contribution targets.
• Lead marketers, the BDR Director, and the business development team across net new, install base, channel, and ABM motions.
• Co-define quarterly territory plans with sales leadership and present marketing ROI in CRO business reviews.
• Oversee hirify.global Connect events, partner marketing programs, and ABM and AI campaign execution.
• Manage the regional marketing budget with full accountability.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or field marketing, ideally in enterprise software or SaaS.
• Proven success delivering pipeline growth across multiple European markets.
• Strong experience in net new acquisition and install base marketing.
• Deep understanding of complex sales cycles and enterprise buying groups.
• Experience operating across Northern Europe and adapting to regional differences in channels, execution, and buyer behavior.
• Strong expertise in ABM, digital demand generation, integrated campaign planning, analytics, stakeholder management, and influencing.

Nice to have

• Industry experience in manufacturing, energy, utilities and resources, transportation, construction and engineering, or telecommunications.
