Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant, Full-Time Float (Women's Healthcare)

Location: Onsite coverage across hirify.global clinics in Los Angeles, including Pasadena, Silver Lake, Studio City, West Hollywood, Culver City, and Playa Vista

Salary: $140,000–$170,000 annually, plus a quarterly performance bonus with a 10% target and equity grants.

What you will do

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care and women's health services, including annual exams, Pap smears, contraception counseling, STI screening, and urgent care.
• Deliver gynecologic care, consult on UTIs and vaginal infections, and perform IUD insertions.
• Manage common primary care conditions, including hypertension, diabetes, anxiety, depression, basic dermatologic concerns, and respiratory or abdominal complaints.
• Float across Los Angeles clinics to cover staffing gaps, high-volume periods, PTO, training, and emergent needs.
• Follow standardized workflows, documentation expectations, and patient experience standards while integrating into different clinic teams.
• Support inbox coverage, RN needs, clinical mentorship, protocol development, content review, case studies, and care-model innovation.

Requirements

• Nationally board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant through organizations such as ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA.
• Active California license and active DEA registration.
• At least 3 years of outpatient primary care experience focused on women's health, including routine gynecology, contraception, STIs, mental health, and inclusive patient-centered care.
• Strong comfort with technology, EHRs, AI-supported documentation, and data-informed care delivery.
• Ability to work autonomously and adapt quickly across multiple clinic environments.

Nice to have

• Nexplanon insertion and/or colposcopy experience.
• Experience with trauma-informed, LGBTQ+ inclusive, gender-affirming, or integrative medicine care.
• Experience managing depression and anxiety in outpatient primary care.
• Experience serving diverse communities across different care settings or modalities.
