Principal Solutions Architect - Expert Services (AI): Leading the architecture and implementation of Intelligence Center X, an agentic AI platform, for complex enterprise customer programs with an accent on knowledge graphs, semantic data modeling, enterprise integration, and scalable cloud-native architectures. Focus on designing graph-powered retrieval and contextual reasoning systems, implementing agentic workflows, and guiding secure, governed AI operationalization from discovery through production.

What you will do
- Lead strategic customer programs from discovery through production deployment and operationalization.
- Act as the primary technical leader across multiple concurrent enterprise engagements.
- Translate business objectives into scalable, secure, integrated architectures using Intelligence Center X, AI Studio, , Graph, and cloud-native technologies.
- Design and implement enterprise knowledge graphs, semantic data models, graph-powered retrieval, and contextual reasoning architectures.
- Architect agentic workflows and AI-powered automation for complex business processes and decision-making.
- Align executives, customer stakeholders, implementation partners, product teams, and engineering organizations around delivery and measurable business outcomes.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in enterprise software delivery, solution architecture, consulting, or digital transformation leadership.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing graph database solutions and enterprise knowledge graphs.
- Deep expertise in enterprise architecture, systems integration, cloud platforms, distributed systems, graph data modeling, ontology design, and semantic architectures.
- Experience with Neo4j, Amazon Neptune, TigerGraph, Stardog, ArangoDB, or similar graph database technologies, plus SPARQL, Cypher, Gremlin, or equivalent query languages.
- Experience leading large-scale implementations for Fortune 1000 organizations and managing executive stakeholder relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Manufacturing and Product Lifecycle Management experience, including product structures, bills of materials, engineering change management, and digital thread initiatives.
- Experience with RDF, OWL, linked data, knowledge representation, RAG, agent frameworks, and enterprise AI architectures.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and knowledge of data governance, master data management, and metadata management.
- Advanced degree or relevant cloud, architecture, AI, or graph technology certifications.
