What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic customer programs from discovery through production deployment for Fortune 1000 organizations.
• Design scalable enterprise architectures leveraging Intelligence Center X, AI Studio, hirify.global, and cloud-native technologies.
• Architect enterprise knowledge graph solutions and semantic data models to support AI reasoning and contextual awareness.
• Implement agentic workflows that automate complex business processes and decision-making activities.
• Serve as the primary technical leader across multiple concurrent enterprise engagements, acting as a trusted advisor to executives.
• Establish governance models for AI agents, knowledge management, and data access.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in enterprise software delivery, solution architecture, or digital transformation leadership.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing graph database solutions and enterprise knowledge graphs.
• Deep expertise in enterprise architecture, systems integration, and distributed systems.
• Proficiency with graph query languages (SPARQL, Cypher, Gremlin) and technologies like Neo4j, Amazon Neptune, or TigerGraph.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, agentic AI, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in manufacturing and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), including digital thread initiatives.
• Familiarity with semantic web standards (RDF, OWL) and knowledge representation frameworks.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Data Science.
• Relevant cloud, architecture, or AI certifications.
