Designer

Location: San Francisco preferred; remote work in the US is available for rare exceptions. Relocation to the United States is supported for eligible candidates.

What you will do

• Design across product, brand, growth, and communications.
• Create product UI, landing pages, email campaigns, advertising creative, social content, presentations, and event materials.
• Move between strategic design thinking and pixel-level execution.
• Identify design gaps proactively and deliver solutions without waiting for assignment.
• Collaborate directly with engineering, growth, clinical, and leadership teams.
• Contribute to and extend the brand and product design systems.

Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience across multiple design disciplines, including brand, digital, or product design.
• A portfolio demonstrating range across product screens, campaigns, and web design.
• Strong typography, layout, color, hierarchy, and interaction design fundamentals.
• Ability to work quickly in ambiguous environments and reprioritize without sacrificing quality.
• Proficiency in Figma and a self-directed, proactive working style.
• Genuine interest in health, wellness, or human performance.

Nice to have

• Front-end development skills in HTML/CSS, React, or Webflow.
• Motion design or video editing experience.
• Early-stage startup experience and the ability to work across multiple functions.
• Illustration, 3D, or photography skills.
• Experience in health, wellness, or mission-driven companies.
