Salary: $130,000–$180,000 annually

What you will do

• Design analog and mixed-signal ICs for power management products using sub-micron BiCMOS and DMOS technologies.
• Perform circuit synthesis from transistor and resistor level through system level, including simulation.
• Supervise IC layout and assist with analog layout implementation.
• Support ATE development through design-for-test methods.
• Assist applications engineering with product evaluation and customer support.

Requirements

• PhD in a relevant field or MSEE with at least two years of semiconductor and/or analog or power IC design experience.
• Understanding of analog and mixed-signal circuits, including amplifiers, comparators, oscillators, references, LDOs, PORs, charge pumps, high-voltage level shifts, drivers, and current sensors.
• Knowledge of analog layout techniques, ESD, latch-up, reliability, and general IC qualification requirements.
• Solid understanding of circuit fundamentals.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
