Associate Director of Product (Gaming)

Location: Boston, Massachusetts, United States

Salary: $160,000–$200,000 USD per year, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead, develop, and inspire a team of Product Managers.
• Define the long-term product strategy and roadmap for Access & Identity.
• Own the portfolio covering authentication, account management, onboarding, and identity services.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Legal, Operations, and Responsible Gaming teams.
• Improve customer onboarding, authentication, and account management across web and mobile experiences.
• Use customer insights, experimentation, and performance data to guide product investments and influence senior leadership decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or a suitable combination of education, experience, and training.
• At least 8 years of Product Management experience at a large-scale, growth-oriented company.
• At least 4 years of experience leading and developing high-performing Product Management teams.
• Experience defining product strategy, building long-term roadmaps, and delivering complex platform capabilities.
• Experience with customer identity, authentication, account management, onboarding, or access platforms.
• Strong understanding of platform architecture, security principles, authentication technologies, analytical decision-making, and identity-related regulatory considerations.
