What you will do

• Apply graduate-level engineering knowledge to manufacturing process analysis and improvement.
• Lead or co-lead small-scope technical projects with mentor oversight during Phase 2.
• Conduct data-driven yield, process capability, and process improvement studies.
• Prepare technical reports, process documentation, training modules, and project presentations.
• Participate in individual development plan reviews, milestone assessments, and cross-functional learning.
• Demonstrate technical leadership potential aligned with the Thailand site's engineering advancement roadmap.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Materials Science, Manufacturing Engineering, Physics, Robotics and Automation Engineering, or a related field.
• Fresh graduate status or no more than two years of post-graduate work experience.
• Strong academic record with thesis or research project experience.
• Ability to conduct technical analysis and present findings.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Commitment to the full 24-month BEST Program and work at the Thailand site.

Nice to have

• Research or thesis experience related to manufacturing processes, materials, precision engineering, or automation.
• Exposure to statistical process control, Design of Experiments, or process capability analysis.
• Academic or technical publications, conference presentations, or awards.
• Familiarity with HDD components, MEMS, thin-film technology, or precision assembly.
