Focus on integrating LLMs and agent frameworks, designing microservices and asynchronous systems, and delivering stable agentic capabilities for identity security.
Location: On-site in Tel Aviv, Israel
Company
is building an AI-native Identity Operating System for enterprise identity and access management, backed by a $60M seed round.
What you will do
- Architect and ship production-grade agentic capabilities as product features.
- Design and build AI agents that operate across the identity graph and automate complex identity workflows.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging LLMs, agent frameworks, and agent infrastructure.
- Make build-versus-integrate decisions based on production requirements.
- Partner with R&D and product leadership to identify high-leverage opportunities for agentic automation.
Requirements
- 8+ years of backend engineering experience with high-level programming languages such as Go or Python.
- Hands-on experience building and shipping production LLM agent systems using frameworks such as LangGraph, Strands Agents, or ADK.
- Experience with model gateways or routing layers.
- Extensive experience with microservices, databases, and asynchronous systems.
- Strong architectural judgment, self-direction, and a delivery-focused approach.
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
