AI Engineer (Cybersecurity)

hirify.global is building an AI-powered penetration testing platform for continuous, autonomous offensive security.

What you will do

• Design and implement autonomous AI agents for penetration testing and vulnerability exploitation.
• Translate offensive security workflows into intelligent, multi-step reasoning systems.
• Develop exploit generation, payload delivery, and adaptive vulnerability scanning modules.
• Collaborate with AI researchers, software engineers, and security experts to fine-tune and evaluate models.
• Build evaluation frameworks covering exploit success, learning performance, and system reliability.
• Ship production-ready AI systems and establish safe deployment practices for offensive environments.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning, AI engineering, or cybersecurity development.
• Strong understanding of penetration testing, vulnerability research, and exploitation techniques.
• Proficiency in Python and experience building automation frameworks, orchestrators, or integrations.
• Experience delivering production-grade AI systems with CI/CD, monitoring, rollback, and scalability.
• Ability to take end-to-end ownership in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment.

Nice to have

• Experience building AI agents or orchestration frameworks.
• Experience combining AI models with offensive security tools.
• Open-source contributions in cybersecurity, exploit development, or agentic AI systems.
• M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field.
