Technical Principal III (SIGINT)

Location: Folsom, California, or remote within the United States with travel as required

Salary: $238,160–$292,400 USD base salary annually, plus incentive plan eligibility.

What you will do

• Provide technical guidance and oversight to multiple engineering teams developing SIGINT software products.
• Define software system architectures and oversee their development, integration, testing, fielding, and sustainment.
• Contribute to trade studies, system and software design, risk mitigation, schedules, and program execution.
• Support business development, customer meetings, technical briefings, whitepapers, and proposal generation.
• Shape ISR product strategy, IRAD planning, technical direction, and the software product roadmap.
• Mentor engineering staff, support recruiting, and collaborate with executives, customers, program managers, finance, contracts, HR, IT, and security.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 20 years of SIGINT-related engineering experience on DoD programs.
• Extensive experience designing, developing, integrating, testing, fielding, and sustaining Airborne COMINT and ELINT systems.
• Experience covering the full system scope from apertures through ground processing components.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Government clearance.
• Ability to travel approximately 10–25% for on-site integration and customer meetings.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
• Current SCI clearance.
