Vice President, Technical Architect (AI)

Location: Onsite work in the New York office in accordance with the hybrid working policy

Salary: $200,000–$250,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead execution of the engineering roadmap by translating business priorities into measurable delivery plans.
• Design and implement scalable architectures across Salesforce, internal systems, and external partner platforms.
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle from planning through production support.
• Set standards for code quality, security, testing, and system performance.
• Define Salesforce architecture strategy, including platform integrations and enhancements.
• Evaluate technology vendors, drive AI-enabled application development, and mentor the engineering team.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including technical leadership and architecture.
• Track record of delivering complex, high-quality systems at scale.
• Expertise in multi-platform architecture and enterprise system integrations.
• Strong Salesforce experience and proficiency with JavaScript, Python, or similar development tools.
• Experience applying AI or machine learning technologies in real-world environments.
• Understanding of continuous integration, agile delivery, and effective collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
