Operations Specialist (Supply Chain)

Location: On-site in Maadi, Cairo, Egypt

What you will do

• Coordinate sales and purchase orders across departments and track shipments through delivery.
• Resolve order discrepancies and delivery delays proactively.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with warehouse teams.
• Liaise with suppliers on order confirmations, shipping documents, delivery estimates, and performance improvements.
• Maintain ERP records and prepare weekly and monthly supply chain KPI reports.
• Support process improvement, digitization, automation, compliance, and audit documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in supply chain or operations preferred.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and tools.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and supply chain software such as SAP, Oracle, or Odoo.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
