Performance Marketing Team Lead (AI)

What you will do

• Own strategy and execution across Search, LinkedIn, Meta, Twitter/X, and newsletter sponsorships.
• Manage substantial acquisition budgets and optimize LTV:CAC, payback periods, and overall unit economics.
• Build SEO, content distribution, community, newsletter, and industry publication channels.
• Develop email and lifecycle flows for conversion, onboarding, retention, segmentation, and personalization.
• Experiment with free trials, freemium models, in-product referrals, and other product-led growth motions.
• Lead growth marketers and creative specialists while partnering with founders, Engineering, and Product in the Palo Alto office.

Requirements

• 6+ years of performance marketing experience.
• Proven experience scaling B2B or prosumer SaaS products from $0 to $10M+ ARR.
• Experience managing high-performing teams or agencies.
• Experience across paid, organic, and lifecycle growth channels.
• Strong SQL and data visualization skills, with a data-driven approach to experimentation.
• AI-native mindset, including experience using LLMs to optimize copy, analyze sentiment, or automate workflows; must be based in Palo Alto and work on-site.
