Production Specialist (Wafer Fab)

Location: Lowell, Massachusetts, United States; onsite. Scheduled hours are 3:00 PM–11:30 PM with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. Training lasts approximately 3–4 months on the first shift, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM. Access to US export-controlled technology requires proof of US citizenship, permanent US residency, or protected-individual status.

Salary: $17–$27 per hour, plus restricted stock units and quarterly bonus payments.

What you will do

• Perform wafer fabrication processes for semiconductor devices in a clean room environment.
• Operate standard wafer fabrication equipment according to written procedures and safety guidelines.
• Follow safety protocols and apply working knowledge of OSHA regulations.
• Record and enter operational data in logs, forms, and digital systems.
• Support other manufacturing operations as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 0–2 years of experience, preferably in a wafer fabrication or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work with close supervision and follow instructions.
• Willingness and aptitude to learn job tasks and procedures.
• Strong motivation and ability to work effectively with coworkers.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
