Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end accounts receivable lifecycle, including cash application, collections, refunds, write-offs, credit memos, reconciliations, and issue resolution.
• Perform three-way reconciliations between NetSuite, bank activity, and marketplace data, investigating variances and root causes.
• Identify revenue leakage, delinquency, credit exposure, billing gaps, disputes, unapplied cash, and delayed collections.
• Prepare monthly cash flow forecast inputs, including expected collections, risk adjustments, and variance analysis.
• Analyze AR aging, DSO, and key AR KPIs, and provide data-backed insights to Finance and Revenue leadership.
• Document AR and cash application processes while improving efficiency, automation, and controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of progressive experience in accounts receivable, collections, cash application, or AR accounting.
• Strong proficiency with ERP systems, especially NetSuite, and intermediate to advanced Excel or Google Sheets.
• Understanding of general ledger accounting, reconciliations, journal entries, and cash flow concepts.
• Strong analytical, prioritization, communication, and process improvement skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English are required.
