Staff Nurse Practitioner, Primary Care

Location: 100% remote from any of the 50 U.S. states; some evening shifts until 9pm EST and some Saturdays are required. Must be currently authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship or employment visa transfer is not available.

Salary: $127,900 base salary annually, plus performance bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Conduct virtual patient assessments, collect medical histories, perform examinations, and diagnose and treat common illnesses and injuries.
• Develop treatment plans with patients and provide health promotion, disease prevention, and lifestyle education.
• Order and interpret laboratory work and imaging studies and prescribe appropriate medications and therapies.
• Monitor patient progress, assess outcomes, and adjust treatment plans.
• Coordinate care with physicians, specialists, care navigators, medical directors, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records and contribute to quality improvement and virtual primary care best practices.

Requirements

• Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with an MSN or DNP.
• Active, unencumbered ANCC or AANP board certification.
• At least 5 years of post-graduate Nurse Practitioner experience in primary care or family practice.
• No disciplinary actions within the last 5 years.
• Active Nurse Practitioner licensure in at least 3 states at the time of interview, with willingness to obtain licensure in up to all 50 states.
• Current U.S. work authorization without present or future visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• At least 1 year of obesity medicine experience.
• At least 2 years of remote or hybrid independent virtual primary care experience.
• Nurse Practitioner licensure in Texas, North Carolina, Michigan, or New York.
• RN Compact license.
• Bilingual English-Spanish fluency.
