Solution Architect Senior Director (Cloud Data)

What you will do

• Lead the overall technical solution design for assigned clients and industries.
• Provide strategic technical presales support, including solution qualification, proposal framing, scoping, estimation, cost modeling, and optimization.
• Ensure large and complex solutions meet technical standards, business requirements, scalability, and client value objectives.
• Present technical solutions to clients at the appropriate level of detail and act as a technical escalation point.
• Lead the transition from presales to implementation and provide oversight throughout delivery.
• Develop best practices, mentor less experienced architects, and collaborate with product teams on solution improvements.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of combined experience in technical presales and implementation roles.
• At least 10 years of experience in external client-facing environments.
• At least 5 years of experience in database marketing, direct marketing, or interactive marketing environments.
• Deep hands-on experience with modern cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Expertise in identity resolution, including deterministic and probabilistic matching and offline/online stitching.
• Experience with cloud migrations, clean rooms, CDP/Customer 360, real-time architectures, or AI/ML-enabled analytics, plus strong communication, relationship, design, planning, and leadership skills.
