Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer

Location: New York (Hybrid)

Salary: $110,000 – $190,000

What you will do

• Take full ownership of IT infrastructure, including identity and access management, device management, and productivity tooling.
• Build and ship automations to reduce manual operational work.
• Manage hardware lifecycle decisions across clinic and manufacturing environments.
• Contribute to the internal security posture and endpoint protection workflows.
• Maintain and expand the internal knowledge base to ensure operational continuity.
• Participate in a weekly on-call rotation.

Requirements

• Strong experience managing IT infrastructure at scale, including identity, access, and endpoint management.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise stacks such as Microsoft Azure/Intune/M365 or Google Workspace/JAMF.
• Proven ability to use AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude Code, agentic tooling) to improve work efficiency.
• Practical experience with automation platforms like Power Automate, n8n, or Zapier.
• Comfortable supporting both macOS and Windows environments.
• Working knowledge of security operations and endpoint protection tooling.

Nice to have

• Experience with AV or clinic-specific systems.
• Networking fundamentals (Cisco).
• Experience in a regulated industry such as healthcare.
• Track record of building internal documentation.
