Fixed Asset Accounting Manager

Location: Must be based in Denver, CO (On-site)

Salary: $115,000 - $140,000 per year

What you will do

• Review purchase requisitions to determine proper CAPEX vs. OPEX treatment.
• Manage complex capital accounting entries and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Tax, and Operations to capitalize in-service project assets.
• Prepare and reconcile monthly and year-to-date PP&E roll-forwards for consolidated and unconsolidated entities.
• Support audit, due diligence, and monthly financial reporting processes.
• Drive team development, goal setting, and process improvements.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of fixed asset and general ledger accounting experience.
• 3–6 years of experience managing and developing teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred).
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and SOX compliance.
• Understanding of consolidations, joint ventures, and intercompany transactions.
• Must be able to work on-site in Denver, CO.
