People Operations Manager (AI)

Location: Singapore; in-person opportunity

Salary: SGD 90,000–125,000 annually, plus equity

hirify.global is building a search engine and Search API for AI agents, Fortune 500 companies, and AI research labs.

What you will do

• Manage onboarding for every Singapore hire from offer through the first day.
• Support employees relocating to Singapore with housing, neighborhoods, and local living and working information.
• Coordinate payroll, employment counsel, and work permit processes.
• Administer benefits, including health insurance, and answer employee questions.
• Manage office logistics, facilities, vendors, expenses, and people data.
• Build scalable runbooks and systems while supporting events and employee-experience improvements.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in people operations, HR, office management, or startup operations.
• Familiarity with Singapore employment practices and Ministry of Manpower requirements.
• Exceptional organization and the ability to manage multiple vendors, timelines, and details.
• Strong written communication and the ability to serve as a reliable point of contact for employees.
• Discretion with sensitive information, independent judgment, bias toward action, and strong ownership.
• Genuine interest in improving employee experience in a fast-growing environment.
