Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: New York, United States

Salary: Product Manager base salary $195,000 with equity; Senior Product Manager base salary $212,000 with equity.

What you will do

• Own product strategy and concepts from discovery through launch, adoption, and iteration.
• Build experiences for field sales representatives working in trucks, driveways, showrooms, and other non-desk environments.
• Conduct forward-deployed customer research through ride-alongs, onsite observation, and conversations across industries.
• Connect CRM, DMS, phone, calendar, warehouse, and other business-system data inside hirify.global.
• Move the product from insight to action through meeting preparation, real-time next steps, follow-up automation, and proactive agents.
• Improve AI quality across accuracy, citations, speaker attribution, latency, trust, and edge cases.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience, including ownership of significant product areas at a growth-stage company.
• Ability to turn ambiguous problems into customer-informed products and ship valuable solutions end-to-end.
• Strong product judgment in complex domains with imperfect inputs and no obvious right answer.
• High bias toward action, customer focus, attention to detail, and willingness to work directly on product improvements.
• Technical fluency to evaluate model quality, latency, query cost, and integration-data freshness with engineering.
• Strong product vision, systems thinking, and ability to connect customer needs and workflow edge cases to long-term direction.
