Location: Le Bourget, Île-de-France, France; hybrid workplace with teleworking available up to 3 days per week.

What you will do

• Verify information and documents required for customs declarations.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and maintain accurate, timely records in the operating system.
• Gather documentation and process export or import customs declarations and other customs formalities directly or through agents.
• Ensure customs processes are timely and properly documented.
• Keep operations teams and clients informed about process statuses.

Requirements

• Fluency in French and English.
• Formal training and first experience as a customs declarant.
• General knowledge of customs regulations, procedures, and document requirements for international transport.
• Strong interest in operations, attention to detail, and good organizational skills.
• Enthusiastic, ambitious, self-motivated, and hands-on approach.
• Ability to work in a challenging, fast-paced, target-driven, and team-oriented environment.
• Comfort learning and adapting to new concepts and tools.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex customs issues into accessible information.
