Logistics Trainee (International Hospitality)

Location: Monaco; other locations: Italy and France. Workplace type: Hybrid.

What you will do

• Support the daily coordination and follow-up of international air, ocean, road, and courier shipments.
• Monitor shipments from collection through final delivery, maintaining milestones, ETDs, ETAs, delivery dates, costs, and status updates in the ERP system.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, suppliers, warehouses, port agents, yacht teams, and internal stakeholders, escalating delays and potential issues.
• Assist with shipping and customs documentation, fleet Landing Goods, warehouse activities, inventory, Newbuild, and Dry Dock shipments.
• Maintain shipment records, trackers, documentation, logistics reports, KPIs, freight costs, transit times, and delivery performance data.
• Support Excel-based logistics cost analysis and reconciliation while maintaining ERP data quality and accuracy.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Business, Business Administration, Transportation, Maritime Studies, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and confidence in learning ERP systems.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional personal presentation appropriate to an ultra-luxury environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while remaining organized and composed.
• Proactive, reliable, service-oriented, discreet, and comfortable working in a multicultural environment.

Nice to have

• Relevant internships, academic projects, hospitality experience, or international exposure.
• Knowledge of additional languages, particularly French, Italian, and/or Spanish.
