Senior Financial Analyst - Business Finance COE (Finance)

What you will do

• Support forecasting, budgeting, monthly close, and business performance reviews.
• Deliver financial reporting, variance analysis, and actionable insights to Business Finance partners.
• Develop standardized analytical frameworks, KPI definitions, reporting methodologies, dashboards, and reporting packages.
• Execute standardized finance processes while identifying opportunities for simplification, automation, and continuous improvement.
• Support finance transformation initiatives and the migration of activities into the COE operating model.
• Maintain data quality and partner with cross-functional teams on analysis, decision support, and AI-enabled finance tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in FP&A, Business Finance, Commercial Finance, Corporate Finance, or related analytical roles.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling, with experience working with large datasets.
• Experience with ERP, planning, and reporting systems such as SAP, S/4HANA, Anaplan, Hyperion, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills in English and the ability to work across time zones.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting process improvement, standardization, or finance transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with data visualization, automation, and emerging analytics technologies.
