Operations Finance Analyst

Location: Rehovot, Israel

What you will do

• Build and maintain forecasting models, planning assumptions, and financial data integrity across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles.
• Analyze actual performance against forecasts, identify variances and key drivers, and translate findings into business insights.
• Prepare financial and operational performance reports for leadership reviews and decision-making.
• Partner with Operations to assess operational drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Improve recurring reports and dashboards through automation and advanced analytics.
• Support inventory, costing, variance-related initiatives, and financial governance requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in FP&A, Operations Finance, Cost Accounting, or a related analytical role.
• Strong knowledge of forecasting, budgeting, financial planning, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large datasets.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English required.

Nice to have

• MBA.
• Experience with SAP, Power BI, BI tools, reporting platforms, or process automation tools.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled finance tools and advanced analytics.
