Global Trade Project Analyst (Oracle GTM)

Location: BangPa-in, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, Thailand; onsite at BangPa-In Building 3

What you will do

• Lead and independently execute global trade and ERP-related projects within defined scope, timelines, and quality standards.
• Document project scope, deliverables, requirements, process flows, functional specifications, and system designs.
• Translate business and regulatory requirements into solutions for Oracle Global Trade Management, Customs Management, and related ERP platforms.
• Coordinate configuration, system testing, UAT, deployment, stabilization, and change management with Global Trade, IT, and external partners.
• Analyze import/export transactions and large datasets to identify compliance gaps, root causes, automation opportunities, and process efficiencies.
• Develop SOPs, training materials, dashboards, and operational metrics; support audits, regulatory inquiries, and team mentoring.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification is required.
• 6+ years of experience in global trade compliance, import/export operations, ERP systems, or project-based roles.
• Advanced knowledge of global logistics, customs regulations, INCOTERMS, and trade compliance requirements.
• Experience with Oracle Global Trade Management or a comparable Global Trade Management system.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel, Power BI, Visio, Smartsheet, JIRA, or equivalent tools, plus the ability to write SQL queries and maintain macros.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, communication, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in Agile or hybrid project management environments.
• Knowledge of import/export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and Dangerous Goods Regulations.
