Ops Project Manager (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite in Pathumthani (Navanakorn), Thailand

What you will do

• Lead factory capacity ramp planning and execution, including ramp schedules, resource plans, recovery actions, and readiness reviews.
• Manage end-to-end program timelines, milestones, risks, deliverables, cross-functional meetings, and escalation plans.
• Coordinate production, industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, process engineering, and facilities teams on line setup, layout changes, equipment qualification, and staffing.
• Support productivity improvement, cycle-time reduction, NPI-to-mass-production transitions, and business continuity planning.
• Coordinate material readiness with supply chain and procurement teams, monitoring shortages, long-lead items, supplier risks, and build plans.
• Support quality compliance, yield improvement, process stabilization, corrective actions, dashboards, presentations, and project status reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing complex product development or operations in electronics, semiconductor, or optical manufacturing.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong data analysis, reporting, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel as required to coordinate projects and work with international development teams.
• High integrity, strong work ethic, responsiveness, and commitment to continuous improvement.

Nice to have

• Experience with NPI ramp and mass-production transfer.
