What you will do

• Build detailed project plans defining scope, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Manage risks proactively and allocate resources across AI, cloud, and industry expertise.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including technical, account, and partner roles to ensure alignment.
• Track progress against milestones, ensure SLA adherence, and manage budgets to optimize delivery.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, providing actionable updates.
• Foster strong customer partnerships through proactive engagement and shared accountability.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience leading cross-functional IT projects.
• Minimum 3 years of Software License Management (SLM), SAM, or ITAM experience.
• Working knowledge of Agile/SCRUM methodologies and traditional project frameworks.
• Deep understanding of software licensing models, entitlements, and compliance requirements.
• Basic understanding of IT architecture, infrastructure, and cloud environments.
• Experience collaborating with Procurement, Finance, IT Operations, and Security teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAM tools such as Flexera, ServiceNow SAM, or Snow Software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Jira, or Smartsheet.
• Experience managing enterprise licensing frameworks (Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, SAP, VMware, etc.).
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, ITIL Foundation, SAM, or ITAM.
• Strong reporting and data analysis skills using Excel or Power BI.
