Lead Project Manager

What you will do

• Lead one or more project workstreams and create an environment of trust for autonomous, collaborative teams.
• Create and maintain release plans, manage iteration planning, and track scope, priorities, estimates, risks, reporting, and project financials.
• Orchestrate the design and build of complex, multi-tier custom business applications using modern technologies.
• Develop delivery roadmaps aligned with client strategies and proactively manage risks and communication.
• Establish sustainable project processes based on agile best practices and ensure delivered value is understood by clients and delivery teams.
• Build authentic client relationships and navigate organizational structures to achieve expected outcomes.

Requirements

• Extensive experience managing enterprise projects with end-to-end delivery responsibility.
• Experience with release planning, estimation, capacity planning, proposals, contract negotiation, and project financials.
• Understanding of traditional and agile software development approaches, with the ability to advise clients on suitable options.
• Experience working with distributed or co-located teams.
• Resilience in ambiguous situations, strong risk management, coaching, mentoring, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
• Thai nationality is required.
