What you will do

• Complete an intensive 7.5-day, expert-led real estate sales certification program.
• Learn hirify.global’s approach to real estate sales and study real-world career stories and industry myths.
• Develop communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Gain hands-on exposure to real estate technology and digital work practices.
• Build a sales and entrepreneurial mindset for a career in property consulting.
• Complete the certification assessment and, if selected, attend one additional onboarding day for an Associate Property Consultant role.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of general work experience.
• 0–6 months of real estate experience; career shifters are encouraged to apply.
• Ambitious, energetic, self-driven, and eager to learn.
• Passion for real estate and sales success.
• Strong communication, adaptability, learning agility, and results orientation.
• Comfort with digital tools and fast-paced environments.
