Location: São Paulo, Brazil; hybrid work model with two home-office days per week and an office in the South Zone of São Paulo

What you will do
- Manage liquidity and cash-flow performance across Brazil, Mexico, Chile, Peru, Colombia, Canada, and the USA.
- Identify foreign-exchange exposures, execute hedging strategies, and monitor results against benchmarks.
- Own regional bank-account management, including KYC, mandates, wallet analysis, pricing reviews, and account rationalization in Kyriba TMS.
- Lead the Americas workstream for Kyriba TMS and in-house banking transformation, including POBO/COBO, netting, centralized FX, and digitalization initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with Group policies and local regulations, including BACEN and IOF, while delivering treasury KPIs.
- Lead strategic projects involving entity restructuring, new market entries, capex, and trade finance in collaboration with regional and Group Treasury stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of treasury experience in multinational companies, with established financial-institution relationships or banking-sector experience.
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Fluent English and Portuguese are mandatory.
- Senior, strategic, hands-on, and execution-oriented approach with the ability to lead through influence.
- Strong cross-cultural communication, stakeholder-management, adaptability, integrity, and continuous-improvement skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with regulatory environments across the Americas.
- Spanish language skills.
