Accounts Payable Specialist (AI Robotics)

hirify.global is an AI robotics company developing autonomous general-purpose humanoid robots for home and commercial markets.

What you will do

• Process and validate invoices and payment requests for accuracy, completeness, and authorization.
• Record payable transactions in the general ledger and support month-end close, audits, and bank reconciliations.
• Improve AP processes through automation tools such as Ramp and NetSuite to support increasing transaction volume.
• Manage employee expense reimbursements and company credit card transactions, including coding, policy compliance, and reconciliation.
• Manage vendor onboarding, supplier relationships, AP aging reports, payment status, and cash flow forecasting.
• Ensure AP activities comply with internal policies and controls.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of hands-on accounts payable experience, including high-volume transaction processing.
• Experience with accounting or ERP software such as NetSuite, Oracle, or similar.
• Experience with invoice automation or AP management tools such as Ramp.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and analytical skills, and the ability to resolve discrepancies.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and a process-oriented, self-starting approach.
