Senior Property Technology Operations Engineer

What you will do

• Troubleshoot and deploy end-user devices, network, WiFi, mobile devices, applications, and property technology systems.
• Resolve ServiceNow tickets and escalated incidents while providing advanced field support for hardware, software, PCs, and IP networking.
• Perform patching, cross-connects, network troubleshooting, and network hardware setup and maintenance.
• Plan and deploy temporary technology setups for events, including site surveys, requirements definition, and hardware and software coordination.
• Manage technology assets and oversee hardware procurement, preparation, delivery, and distribution.
• Participate in major incident and problem investigations, continuous improvement initiatives, and technology projects, including project leadership when required.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant cross-domain information technology experience.
• Experience supporting endpoints, servers, networks, WiFi, mobile devices, and applications.
• Ability to provide on-site maintenance and support at an assigned property.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
