Operations Analyst (OTC Derivatives)

hirify.global operates in financial markets and requires OTC derivatives middle-office support.

What you will do

• Manage OTC derivative trade validation, maintenance, affirmation, settlement, and reconciliation.
• Capture trades, process confirmations, and monitor T+0 trade-capture exceptions.
• Validate and settle periodic events across the full trade life cycle.
• Perform position and cash reconciliations.
• Affirm trades with counterparties in MarkitWire to minimize operational risk.
• Process corporate actions for APAC and EMEA regions.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in an OTC middle- or back-office role.
• Experience with trade processing, collateral, confirmations, settlements, cash, position, and trade reconciliations.
• Proficiency across OTC products including equity swaps, credit default swaps, variance swaps, options, asset swaps, interest rate swaps, forwards, MBS, and FX settlements.
• Ability to assess corporate-action impacts on P&L and start-of-day processes, and perform required product calculations.
• Experience with system and process improvements and new business initiatives.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, organizational ability, and proficiency with Excel, MarkitWire, CTM, Traiana, NYFIX, and Bloomberg.
