Securities Operations Analyst (Trade Processing)

Location: Manila; hybrid work arrangement with office attendance two days per week.

What you will do

• Support daily investment transaction operations, including trade processing, settlement, and reconciliation.
• Ensure investment transactions are accurate, timely, and compliant with internal procedures and industry standards.
• Monitor operational processes, maintain transaction records, and resolve investment data discrepancies with internal teams.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to maintain data flow across systems and support accurate reporting.
• Prepare operational reports and performance metrics for senior management.
• Support audits, regulatory assessments, process optimization, and implementation of tools that improve operational efficiency and data accuracy.

Requirements

• Typically 2–4 years of experience in investment operations.
• Experience supporting trade processing, settlement, and reconciliation.
• Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in investment transactions and data.
• Ability to collaborate with business and IT teams on data management and reporting.
• Knowledge of operational documentation, internal policies, compliance requirements, and regulatory assessments.
• Ability to support process improvement and maintain accurate operational records.
