Operations Analyst (Trade Processing) (Fintech)

Location: Manila, Philippines. Hybrid work arrangement with office attendance two days per week; flexible working hours and working modes across APAC and EMEA.

What you will do

• Support daily investment transaction operations, including trade processing, settlement, and reconciliation.
• Ensure investment transactions are completed accurately and on time according to internal procedures and industry standards.
• Monitor operational processes, maintain transaction records, and prepare reports and performance metrics.
• Identify and resolve investment data discrepancies while maintaining data integrity across systems.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to maintain consistent data flow and reporting.
• Support audits, regulatory assessments, compliance documentation, and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Typically 2–4 years of experience in investment operations.
• Experience with trade processing, settlement, reconciliation, and investment transaction data.
• Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies and support accurate operational reporting.
• Ability to collaborate with business and IT teams and follow internal policies and industry standards.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid arrangement from Manila, with office attendance two days per week.
