Trade Support | Execution Desk (Equity Options)

What you will do

• Support the trading of equity options on the execution desk.
• Compile and reconcile data from electronic and voice trades.
• Blotter equity-options trades and maintain accurate trade records.
• Resolve erroneous and broken trades.
• Assist with position, P&L, and information exchange maintenance.
• Liaise with traders, dealers, brokers, exchanges, and clearing firms, and execute orders at traders' request.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in a support capacity; trading-desk or exchange-floor experience is preferred.
• SIE and Series 57 licenses are required. Candidates with one license may obtain the other within four months of hire.
• Strong Excel proficiency is required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with VBA and/or Python.
• Trading-desk or exchange-floor support experience.
