What you will do

• Manage new-client onboarding in collaboration with Sales and Business Development.
• Respond to ongoing client inquiries and requests while maintaining positive relationships.
• Assist with trade reconciliation and generate client-specific reports.
• Provide real-time technical support for software applications used by clients.
• Learn DASH products and the web-based 360 portal.
• Develop insight into the micro and macro market structure of US equities and options.

Requirements

• Project management, critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, research, and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate, multitask, work under pressure, and learn independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excel proficiency.
• 0–3 years of professional experience.
• SIE and Series 7 must be obtained within six months of hire; exam sponsorship is provided.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, communication, or a related field.
