What you will do

• Complete a structured six-month Trading Operations Analyst development programme starting in September 2026.
• Rotate through Trading Operations desks, including Trade Support, Risk Operations, Stock Loan, Corporate Actions, and Settlements.
• Own operational tasks and deliver projects with tangible impact on the trading business.
• Develop an understanding of the full lifecycle of trading activity and the broader trading environment.
• Collaborate with traders, technology teams, and external counterparties to improve operational processes.
• Transition into a desk role after completing the programme.

Requirements

• Applicants should be soon-to-be or recent postgraduate graduates.
• Typically, an undergraduate degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, or another STEM discipline combined with postgraduate study in Finance, Financial Mathematics, or a related field.
• Strong numerical, logical, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to take ownership of problems and deliver solutions collaboratively.
• Genuine interest in financial markets and Trading Operations.
