Strategy and Operations Manager

Location: Remote; candidates must be located in North or South America and should expect periodic travel.

Salary: $125,000–$150,000 per year, plus equity.

What you will do

• Lead strategic planning processes and align company goals with execution.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement scalable cross-functional processes.
• Develop business cases, conduct market research, and analyze strategic investments and partnerships.
• Translate executive vision into tactical execution and support the VP of Strategy and Operations and Chief Business Officer.
• Own key metrics and dashboards to enable data-driven decision-making.
• Lead special projects involving international expansion, sales strategy, organizational design, and process optimization.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience exiting a top-tier consulting firm, or prior consulting experience combined with a strategy or operations role in a fast-growing technology environment.
• Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives from ideation through execution.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and align teams.
• Experience working with executive leadership and board-level reporting is required.
• Must be located in North or South America and able to travel periodically.
