Senior Specialist, Vehicle Lifecycle Strategy & Performance (Automotive)

Location: Charlotte, North Carolina, or Fremont, California, United States. The role requires 4–5 days per week in the office, regular in-person meetings and occasional travel for company events.

Salary: $130,000–$160,000 annual base salary; California base salary range: $143,000–$176,000. The position is also eligible for an annual performance bonus.

What you will do

• Develop vehicle lifecycle analytics, reporting, automation, systems, and business processes for the Remarketing organization.
• Monitor inventory health, aging, recovery rates, channel performance, vehicle utilization, turn times, residual values, and disposition outcomes.
• Support disposition strategies across fleet operations, buybacks, service loaners, employee vehicles, CPO, retail pre-owned, and wholesale channels.
• Build forecasting models, scenario plans, executive dashboards, KPI scorecards, and operational reporting solutions.
• Own key Remarketing systems and partner with Product and IT on integrations, enhancements, workflow optimization, and automation.
• Present recommendations to leadership and collaborate with Sales, Service, Fleet Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Product, and Technology teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Analytics, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in automotive operations, fleet management, supply chain, analytics, strategy, program management, or related disciplines.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, business process improvement, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience building dashboards, reporting, KPI frameworks, and executive-level business reviews.
• Ability to work 4–5 days per week from the Charlotte or Fremont office and attend in-person meetings.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Analytics, Data Science, Operations Research, or a related field.
• Automotive OEM, fleet management, logistics, fulfillment, inventory management, remarketing, or vehicle lifecycle management experience.
• Experience with SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, business systems, automation, workflow optimization, or AI-enabled solutions.
• Experience supporting operational transformation, inventory optimization, or vehicle lifecycle strategy initiatives.
