Strategic Sourcing Manager

Location: Remote in the United Kingdom; based in or associated with Cheadle. Travel required up to 10%.

What you will do

• Manage relationships with service providers and contractors in the local country on behalf of customers.
• Lead supplier selection, negotiations, and agreement development to improve service levels and margins.
• Support the design and implementation of strategic sourcing strategies and supplier management programs.
• Ensure legal compliance and alignment with regional sourcing strategies.
• Manage supplier documentation, contracts, and data within the assigned territory.
• Collaborate with Service Sales, Program Managers, and local scheduling teams to maintain accurate supplier information and deliver customer solutions.

Requirements

• Experience in strategic sourcing.
• Familiarity with service provider business models; laboratory experience is advantageous.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
• Fluent English required.
• Ability to work across countries and cultures and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to work remotely from the United Kingdom.
