Project Manager

Location: Hybrid role with expected onsite work in the San Francisco office

Salary: $150,000–$170,000 per year

What you will do

• Build and manage project management processes for prioritizing, planning, executing, and tracking Studio initiatives.
• Translate strategic initiatives into actionable project plans and maintain alignment across Studio leaders and creative teams.
• Design scalable intake and prioritization workflows that improve visibility and coordination across stakeholders.
• Develop operational playbooks, documentation, dashboards, and performance metrics covering project health, team capacity, and strategic priorities.
• Drive adoption of AI tools and workflow automation to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
• Partner with Technology, Vendor Management, and cross-functional teams to implement tools and continuously improve Studio operations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of project management or operations experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience building scalable systems for project tracking, intake workflows, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.
• Strong process design and systems-thinking skills.
• Experience partnering with creative, design, marketing, or event teams.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, plus experience using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT to improve workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience with business intelligence, project management, or customer relationship management platforms.
• Familiarity with additional AI tools and technologies.
