Senior Systems Validation & Integration Engineer (Modular Data Centers): Leading end-to-end validation and integration of modular AI data center platforms across power, cooling, controls, networking, compute, software, monitoring, and mechanical systems with an accent on validation strategy, lab infrastructure, and system readiness. Focus on building the Houston validation lab, testing performance under stress conditions, isolating complex cross-subsystem issues, and driving root cause analysis through deployment readiness.
Location: Houston, Texas, United States; full-time onsite presence is required. The role includes 10% travel.

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end validation of modular data center platforms across electrical, mechanical, thermal, controls, networking, compute, software, monitoring, and other subsystems.
- Define validation strategies, test plans, acceptance criteria, and system-level testing processes.
- Design, build, and scale the Houston validation lab, including test infrastructure, instrumentation, setup, and data collection.
- Coordinate integration activities across engineering, product, manufacturing, software, and operations teams.
- Validate system performance under real-world and stress conditions, diagnose integration issues, and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Maintain validation reports and performance data, and communicate readiness, risks, and integration milestones to leadership.
Requirements
- 7β10+ years of experience in systems integration, validation, or test engineering.
- Bachelorβs or Masterβs degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with complex multidisciplinary systems such as data centers, modular infrastructure, or industrial systems.
- Strong understanding of power systems, electrical distribution, air or liquid cooling, networking, compute infrastructure, controls systems, and monitoring platforms.
- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex integration issues, with strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to work full-time onsite in Houston and build and operate the validation lab.
