IT Implementation Project Manager (Infrastructure)

Location: Fully remote, based anywhere in the United States

Salary: $5,444.76–$9,537.00 per month, depending on qualifications and experience; bonus or incentive plan eligible.

What you will do

• Lead multiple IT infrastructure and implementation projects from planning through delivery, managing scope, timelines, budgets, and business objectives.
• Coordinate network, voice, wireless, structured cabling, telecommunications, and infrastructure deployments.
• Review site surveys, technical documentation, and construction plans to define implementation requirements.
• Partner with Facilities, Engineering, vendors, and business collaborators on branch openings, relocations, renovations, upgrades, and technology deployments.
• Manage vendor Statements of Work, Bills of Materials, procurement, contractors, project documentation, purchase orders, and status reporting.
• Oversee installation, testing, validation, operational readiness, and compliance with company and industry standards.

Requirements

• Ability to work remotely from anywhere in the United States.
• 2–4 years of experience in IT project coordination or management, IT infrastructure implementation, telecommunications, networking, or a related technology environment.
• Experience with structured cabling, inside and outside plant connectivity, Ethernet, copper-based networks, VoIP, routing, switching, wireless networking, and telecommunications infrastructure.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ServiceNow; experience with Visio, SharePoint, Oracle, or related project and collaboration tools.
• Strong project coordination, organization, prioritization, analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical participants, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
