What you will do

• Translate infrastructure leadership direction and technical decisions into delivery plans with milestones, owners, dependencies, risks, and decision points.
• Coordinate end-to-end infrastructure and connectivity delivery for U.S. payments capabilities across payments technology, hosting, network, cloud, cybersecurity, and external financial infrastructure.
• Drive follow-up across local and global teams, escalate blockers, and maintain the integrated critical path.
• Coordinate testing, connectivity validation, resilience and recovery testing, security validation, production readiness, cutover, and operational handover.
• Define and document service ownership, monitoring, access, change, incident, vendor, and escalation responsibilities.
• Provide concise status reporting and maintain traceable records of requirements, decisions, approvals, test results, control evidence, and handover materials.

Requirements

• 7+ years of project or program management experience delivering complex technology initiatives in a large, matrixed organization.
• Strong ability to create structure from ambiguity and drive commitments across teams without direct reporting authority.
• Expertise in dependency management, critical paths, RAID logs, decision logs, action tracking, and governance.
• Ability to facilitate technical working sessions, document decisions, and translate technical discussions into executable actions.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, escalation, and project documentation skills.
• Experience with project and collaboration tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, ServiceNow, Confluence, or SharePoint, plus comfort in regulated financial-services environments.

• Experience with infrastructure, network, cloud, datacenter, platform, connectivity, or operational-resilience projects.
• Experience coordinating globally distributed infrastructure or engineering teams.
• Experience with regulatory, audit, control-remediation, documentation, or evidence requirements.
• Familiarity with FFIEC, NYDFS, NIST, ISO 27001, payments infrastructure, or clearing networks.
• PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent practical experience.
