Director, Project Management (Industrial AI)

What you will do

• Own two anchor accounts as a P&L, delivering revenue on plan and managing services gross margin.
• Drive profitable account growth through disciplined scoping, change control, and value realization.
• Lead quarterly strategic reviews with executive sponsors and serve as a senior escalation point for scope, risk, and relationship decisions.
• Coach and develop several Project Managers across AMER through regular one-to-ones, feedback, development plans, and promotion sponsorship.
• Monitor customer health, delivery risk, value, and portfolio stability across owned and PM-managed accounts.
• Run portfolio check-ins, connect health metrics to operational meetings, and report risks and recommendations to leadership.

Requirements

• Experience leading project management and delivery portfolios across multiple customer accounts.
• Ability to manage P&L performance, revenue delivery, services gross margin, and profitable growth.
• Experience coaching Project Managers, assessing readiness, and supporting career progression.
• Strong judgment in scope, risk, customer relationship, and escalation decisions.
• Ability to monitor delivery on time and on budget, customer satisfaction, retention risk, and portfolio health.
• Ability to work from the USA, with the role based in Houston or Phoenix.
