Director of Project Management (SaaS)

What you will do

• Own project governance across enterprise, scale, and implementation delivery segments.
• Build risk dashboards, thresholds, escalation triggers, and milestone gates to improve delivery visibility.
• Hire, develop, and manage project managers and project coordinators while establishing career paths and operating standards.
• Design a scalable project coordinator model with milestone-based check-ins and AI-assisted monitoring.
• Partner with Architecture leadership to separate technical solution ownership from project accountability.
• Run delivery forums and report delivery health, risks, and escalation trends to technical services and customer experience leadership.

Requirements

• 8+ years of project or program management experience in software implementations.
• 5+ years building or leading a project management team.
• Direct experience implementing enterprise SaaS within an internal delivery team, systems integrator, consulting firm, or implementation partner.
• Experience designing delivery models for both complex, high-touch implementations and higher-volume, lighter-touch delivery.
• Experience building a project management function or operating system where one did not previously exist or was under-resourced.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with incentive compensation management or a similarly complex, configuration-heavy enterprise software category.
• Experience designing or scaling a project coordinator or delivery-operations model for high-volume customer delivery.
