What you will do

• Develop and implement fraud prevention strategies that detect and mitigate financial crime while preserving a seamless user experience.
• Use data analytics to improve fraud detection, transaction monitoring, and identity verification.
• Partner with compliance, product, and engineering teams to align fraud controls with regulatory requirements and user experience goals.
• Lead and scale fraud operations through tools, automation, and data-driven insights.
• Monitor evolving fraud tactics and regulatory trends, working with industry partners to strengthen anti-fraud capabilities.
• Build and grow the fraud team as the business expands into new users, geographies, and products.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience owning outcomes in an analytics- and operations-intensive function.
• Experience building and scaling fraud prevention or similar programs in high-growth environments.
• Hands-on experience with analytics, machine learning models, and automation tools.
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills; proficiency in SQL is strongly preferred.
• Ability to operate with high ownership in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
• Willingness to travel periodically to meet key stakeholders.
