Fraud Specialist 1

Location: Remote in Estonia; occasional travel may be required for project or team meetings.

What you will do

• Investigate fraud cases and analyze non-compliant traffic to understand bad actor behavior.
• Identify fraudulent activity, evolving abuse tactics, and bad actors across products.
• Take daily action to prevent and mitigate fraud while minimizing false positives.
• Identify trends and root-cause gaps, and recommend preventative solutions.
• Develop expertise in fraud investigations while collaborating with the global Fraud Operations team.

Requirements

• Willingness to work a non-traditional schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a strong bias for action.
• Previous customer service or customer-facing experience requiring effective and empathetic communication.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of SQL, Looker, Tableau, or similar data extraction and visualization tools.
• Basic understanding of APIs and related technologies.
• 1–2 years of experience in a queue-based or contact-center environment.
